To each of my valued customers: 

I thank you for the support that you have shown during this difficult year. Many of you are aware that I lost my husband and best friend suddenly and unexpectedly in early March.  And I put White Kitten Crafts on the back burner, while I adjusted to the multitude of changes in my life.    As I look toward 2023, I am returning with a renewed focus and inspiration, and providing you with high quality products and exceptionaI customer service.  I consider each and every one of you as family, and am most appreciative and grateful for the support and compassion you have shown me during the past months.

 SHIPPING ISSUES

Most of my products are shipped via the US Post Office.    In order to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible, I often upgrade the shipping to Priority Mail at no additional charge to you.  As most of you are aware, due to changes at the Post Office, packages sometimes are not delivered in the timeframes consistent with USPS standards.  Please be assured that I check the status of your shipments frequently until I am aware that they have been delivered.

LOOKING AHEAD

 I am eager to begin focusing on White Kitten Crafts once more, and am celebrating our "return" with a huge blow out sale to make room for new products.  Most soaps and body products are on sale at 20-35% off, with the HUGE Mystery Bag offering even more savings, and including products that are not offered at sale prices.  This is NOT a bag of "seconds" or sample sizes.  This is a bag of goodies that will delight you, and is an amazing value for the price.  Late September-early October, I will add both a mens line, and an all natural, vegan line. Later in the year, will introduce the "Private Collection".   These are products I have formulated strictly for my own use, and have never before offered for sale.  These products contain ingredients traditionally renowned for their antioxidant, firming and moisturizing  qualities.
